Happy Birthday I

Celebration time has started in Boy Wonder's house.Akshaj turned 2 on 26th July.As he was awake till 12'o clock to celebrate his birthday he cut the cake(Actually leftovers of the cake I was making)in night ..seeing the joy on his face as he was saying 'Happy Happy' again and again was truly something to cherish
This time I attempted to make a zebra car cake with the little time I got ..cake turned out to be Ok but the birthday boy was was very happy with it ...it was quite tough to keep him away from it till it was cut ..and he was happily clapping and singing 'happy to you'(he cannot say birthday)


With cake cutting over it was time to march out Pretty indecisive family that we are ...we had decided to go to a theme park but instead we went to Lumbini Gardens..a lake with some toy rides etc placed for the kids..It was quite enjoyable and Bangalore weather made sure that we have a lovely day ...
He sat in different rides and his favorite chai shai(toy train).we were skeptical of putting him alone in toy train at first ,even he was a little scared but with all of us around him he became confident and enjoyed his first train journey a lot..

As his confidence grew so did ours so much so that we took him in 'Colombus' with us that too in last seat...actually only I had sat in that before that too a very long time ago so I didn't remember that it goes very high ..but we got a reality check pretty quick and asked it to be stopped.Poor Akshaj was just saying 'chalo chalo' when it finally stopped.But after sometime when we asked him how it was he said 'accha hai'...

It was just a perfect birthday ...since his grandmom was out of station his birthday party is postponed ..and that's why this post is titled 'Happy Birthday 1'..he is going to have 3 birthdays this time...2nd will be his 'janamvar' according to hindu calender and third will be a party with all family and friends sponsored by his grandparents.Talk about spoiling him !!
